Biography
Jonelle is an artist based in Cambridgeshire. Using a variety of mediums including ink, watercolour, acrylic, and textile she creates artwork inspired by the natural and scientific worlds.
Holding a PhD in physical chemistry, Jonelle's figurative style combines her love of science with her passion for creating. Jonelle has had commissions from the Paul Scherrer Insitut, a particle accelerator in Switzerland and her art has featured on the front cover of scientific journals. She has collaborated with statisticians and biomedical scientists for two Creative Reactions exhibitions as part of the global science communication event, Pint of Science; creating work based on disease and aging. She has also exhibited at the Cambridge SciArt and the Cambridge Open Art exhibitions.
